When I’m painting in the street, I mainly use two techniques: stencils and tags layering (“ Paintag”).

The stencil method is very simple (I cut shapes in a piece of paper, spray paint over it, the paint will only go through the openings) but its execution is more complex… And its preparation time can be daunting… That’s what attracted me to it. It is really simple but allows you to create the most intricate pieces and duplicate them in the street, where usually common sense and time wouldn’t allow it…

When I don’t have a time limitation and that things allow me go “slower”, I like to use my paintag technique to paint large animals that I like to put “in situ”.

Sometimes I even mix the two styles. This way I can create interactions between different characters, tell little stories that the walls and the setting inspire me.
